Experteer Overview As a Principal Software Engineer, you will lead the design and development of distributed data infrastructure, APIs, and personalization pipelines that power Copilot's intelligence. You will collaborate across Microsoft AI and Copilot teams to build scalable, low-latency systems that respect privacy and security at scale. You'll shape data models and real-time personalization that adapt to user context and history. You thrive in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment and make risk-vs-velocity decisions that deliver measurable impact.
