## Description

Experteer Overview In this Data Scientist role within the CSS team, you design experiments, build predictive and analytical models, and extract actionable insights from complex data. You will partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define metrics and improve data collection, applying rigorous analytics and causal inference. Your work will inform decision-making and help scale AI-enabled solutions across Microsoft's customer success initiatives.
