## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design, development and migration of DataStage jobs to Cloud Pak for Data. You will architect scalable data pipelines and oversee end-to-end ETL delivery, from design to deployment and support. You will provide technical leadership to onshore/offshore teams, enforce best practices, and ensure performance and reliability in production environments. You will collaborate with business architecture and platform teams and support cloud migration and modernization efforts, leveraging OpenShift/Kubernetes where applicable.
