## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and maintain Boston Dynamics' custom robot fleet management software, enabling scalable control of growing robot fleets across industries. You'll collaborate across disciplines to solve complex problems and ship new features for fleet management with an emphasis on reliability. You'll work on 3D worldbuilding, mapping, and data integration initiatives that support operational workflows. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Compensation / Benefits * Rapidly develop and deploy new features for the fleet management system while maintaining high quality and maintainability * Collaborate with engineers, product, and operations to understand pain points and craft solutions * Assess incoming work and identify root problems and potential solutions * Debug issues, perform post-mortems to prevent recurrence * Document and communicate new work to drive wide adoption Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent * Experience with C++, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Three.js, SQL, Python, Linux, AWS or GCP, protobuf * Ability to discuss decisions made during projects in detail * Experience delivering complete software products * Prior experience with hardware, IoT, and/or 3D engines is a plus Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * 401(k) * paid time off * annual bonus structure
