## Description

Description We are looking for a Back End Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of reliable software solutions for a manufacturing environment in Overland Park, Kansas. This role focuses on building scalable application logic, improving system performance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver dependable digital tools. The ideal candidate brings strong coding fundamentals, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to contribute to both new development and ongoing enhancements.

Responsibilities:

 * Develop and maintain server-side applications that support business operations and production-related systems.

 * Build efficient APIs and backend services that integrate with internal platforms and user-facing applications.

 * Write clean, well-structured code while following established development standards and best practices.

 * Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes to improve stability.

 * Collaborate with front-end developers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions.

 * Optimize application performance, scalability, and security through thoughtful design and regular code improvements.
