Design and Development Hands-on coding to deliver user stories, optimize and refactor code to improve performance End to end solutions within SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform and SAP CPQ integrating with SAP ECC, CRM Systems (Salesforce or similar) and other external web services. Lead technical code review to ensure standards and requirements are met Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, integration guides, and API documentation. Create custom skills to automate repetitive tasks and document to maintain and share context with the rest of the team and improve governance using Claude AI or similar Troubleshoot complex production issues (memory leaks, thread dumps) and optimize backend services. Participate in enterprise level technical design review. Release Management Take ownership of release cycles including running scrum ceremonies Documenting and getting the change approved to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications. Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and oversee automated testing frameworks. Collaboration Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to translate business objectives into an executable plan.
