## About the Role

* Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support, or similar customer-facing technical support role
 * Experience supporting Windows 10 and/or Windows 11 environments
 * Basic experience supporting macOS devices
 * Ability to configure and troubleshoot workstations, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals
 * Experience managing and prioritizing Tier 1 support tickets in a queue-based environment
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills
 * Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with users of varying technical skill levels
 * Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented when supporting end users
 * Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

## Description

Our client is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join their IT Support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate can confidently support end users, manage support requests, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and provide a positive support experience regardless of the technical issue being addressed.

 * Support Windows and macOS devices
 * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
 * Assist with workstation deployments
 * Support conference room and Zoom technologies
 * Manage incoming support tickets from users across the organization

You will work closely with end users at all levels, including executive leadership, requiring professionalism, patience, strong communication skills, and a customer-first approach to support.

Success in this role comes from building trust with users while efficiently resolving technical issues and maintaining a high level of service.
