## About the Role

* 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
 * Minimum three full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations with ownership from Discovery through Hypercare.
 * Strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle General Ledger,
 * Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Cash Management.
 * Deep functional expertise across Record-to-Report (RTR) business processes.
 * Strong experience implementing Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) for accounting transformation and source system integrations.
 * Proven experience implementing Oracle Cloud as part of mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, or enterprise transformation programs.
 * Experience with legal entity onboarding, ledger setup, Chart of Accounts design, accounting transformations, opening balance migration, Trial Balance migration, and financial reporting.
 * Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial close processes, journal processing, intercompany accounting and intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
 * Experience leading production deployments and financial cutover activities.
 * Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex Oracle Cloud implementations while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS) integrations.
 * Experience with REST APIs, middleware platforms, and enterprise integrations.
 * Experience with Oracle Cloud data conversion, workflow automation, and financial reporting.
 * Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation or high-growth technology organizations.

## Description

Role: Staff Oracle Cloud RTR & FAH Implementation Lead Location: Remote Time Zone: East Coast hours(EST), We are seeking an experienced Staff Oracle Cloud Record-to-Report (RTR) and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) Solution Lead to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives.
This is a highly hands-on individual contributor role responsible for independently leading Oracle Cloud implementations from acquisition due diligence through production stabilization. The successful candidate will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Corporate Development, Engineering, Treasury, Tax, and acquired business stakeholders to successfully onboard newly acquired businesses into Oracle Cloud ecosystem while ensuring Day 1 operational readiness
Responsibilities:
Serve as the functional owner for Oracle Cloud Record-to-Report (RTR) and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) implementations supporting Lyft's M&A initiatives.
Independently lead the complete Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle, including discovery, due diligence, business process assessment, fi t-gap analysis, solution design, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), functional confi guration, integration design, data migration, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), mock cutovers, production deployment, hypercare, knowledge transfer, and transition to Production Support.
Functional Ownership - Lead implementation and confi guration of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules including:
Record-to-Report (RTR): General Ledger, Financial Reporting Center, Subledger Accounting (SLA), Cash Management, Intercompany Accounting and Intercompany Transactions, Financial Close, Journal Processing, Allocations, Period Close, Reconciliation processes.
Financial Accounting Hub (FAH): Accounting Hub, Accounting Rules, Journal Line Rules, Mapping Sets, Supporting References, Transaction Account Builders, Source System Integrations, Accounting Transformations, Accounting Events, Accounting Methods Builder
M&A Integration
Lead Oracle Cloud implementations supporting mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, and enterprise integrations.
Plan and execute General Ledger data migration, CoA mapping and harmonization, Accounting rules and transformations (FAH/SLA), Opening balances, Historical balances, Trial Balance conversion, Accounting reference data migration, Journal migration, Legal Entity setup, Ledger configuration, Accounting validation and Financial reporting validation.
Standardize accounting processes across acquired businesses while aligning with Lyft s enterprise financial structure.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Day 1 readiness, production cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
Solution Design & Delivery
Design scalable accounting solutions using Oracle Subledger Accounting (SLA) and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) to support accounting transformations, accounting events, and enterprise source system integrations.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Engineering, FP&A and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions aligned with Lyft's enterprise architecture.
Lead solution discovery sessions, design workshops, and functional reviews.
Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Functional Specifications, Configuration Workbooks, Business Process Flows, and SIT/UAT test scripts.
Systems & Integration
Own the functional design, validation, and testing of integrations across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud FAH, Oracle Cloud EPM and external source ERPs ensuring accurate SLA accounting event generation, accounting transformations, and journal creation.
Partner with engineering teams to validate end-to-end accounting processes across integrated applications and support successful deployment.
Testing & Go-Live
Lead implementation readiness activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, business validation, mock cutovers, production deployment and transition to Production Support.
Ensure successful production deployments and operational continuity for newly integrated acquisitions
