## About the Role

* 7+ years of experience in Software Testing/QA, with at least 2+ years in a Test Lead role.
 * Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud testing.
 * Strong knowledge of MuleSoft API testing (REST/SOAP, integration validation).
 * Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) in testing environments.
 * Expertise in manual and automation testing tools (Selenium, TestNG, etc.).
 * Strong understanding of API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
 * Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

## Description

* Lead and manage QA/testing activities for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
 * Design and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases across functional, integration, and regression testing.
 * Validate MuleSoft APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external healthcare systems.
 * Perform testing on AWS-based applications and services, ensuring scalability and performance.
 * Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
 * Oversee test automation frameworks and improve test coverage using modern tools.
 * Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data security regulations (HIPAA knowledge preferred).
 * Manage defect lifecycle, reporting, and root cause analysis.
 * Mentor QA team members and drive best practices in testing.
