## About the Role

* Proven working experience as an IT Project Manager.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
 * Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
 * Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
 * Experience in managing IT infrastructure, software development, or related projects.
 * Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

## Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities

 * Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
 * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
 * Understand and work within technical project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
 * Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
 * Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
 * Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
 * Report and escalate to management as needed.
 * Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
 * Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
 * Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
