## About the Role

* 3 years of experience in a Tier I/II/III helpdesk, desktop or systems administrator position
 * Experience with AWS Cloud
 * IAT Level 2 Certification (Security + or other approved certification)
 * Experience with security audits, analysis and/or hardening

Bonus Points if you have:

 * Experience in a customer-facing role and collaborating with cross-functional teams
 * Experience with cloud infrastructure management
 * Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks
 * Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
 * Incident response experience

Clearance:

Must have an active Top Secret level clearance

## Description

* Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, ensuring the seamless operation of IT services
 * Proactively troubleshoot incidents, implement solutions to prevent future occurrences, and uphold high standards of security across all platforms
 * Be in regular communication with customers, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and delivering technical support in a clear and professional manner
