## About the Role

* Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent technical experience may be considered.
 * Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing help desk, desktop, or on-site IT support.
 * Experience supporting Windows workstations, Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts, printers, hardware, software, and network connectivity.
 * Working knowledge of Active Directory, endpoint support, networking fundamentals, and IT service management processes.
 * Experience using ticketing systems to document incidents and service resolutions.
 * Strong troubleshooting, customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work independently on-site and coordinate effectively with remote technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

 * CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or equivalent technical certifications.
 * Experience supporting municipal, government, public-sector, or co-managed IT environments.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, FortiGate firewalls, Veeam, endpoint security tools, and managed IT services.
