## About the Role

Client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow JavaScript Developer to lead the development, administration, and enhancement of its enterprise ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development expertise, JavaScript programming skills, IRM/GRC experience, REST API integrations, and experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions while following Agile best practices. Required Skills

 * 8+ years of overall IT/Software Development experience
 * 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development
 * Strong JavaScript development experience
 * ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation experience
 * ServiceNow configuration and customization (Business Rules, Workflows, UI Policies, Tables, Forms, ACLs)
 * Experience building ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs
 * Knowledge of Identity & Access Management and LDAP integration
 * Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF), platform upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting
 * Agile/Scrum experience with JIRA/Confluence
 * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

 * ServiceNow CSA or CAD Certification
 * Experience implementing AI capabilities within ServiceNow
 * API development experience
 * Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms (NAVEX, Regology, Icertis, iManage)
 * Experience with Miro and other Agile collaboration tools
