## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead global database management and clinical data standards to support multicenter trials. You will serve as a subject matter expert in clinical data standards, Medidata Rave library development, and SAS programming, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, standardized data collection and reporting. You'll drive governance and process improvements while mentoring junior staff, contributing to the company's mission of accelerating the development of medicines. This is a hands-on, impact-driven leadership position with a clear focus on data quality, standards compliance, and scalable data solutions.
