Experteer Overview In this Scrum Master role, you embed and advance disciplined agile practices to enable reliable software delivery. You'll coach multiple development teams, drive continuous transformation of delivery models, and ensure transparent progress. You work across teams to align with the organization's agile goals and release objectives, guiding planning, execution, and risk management. You'll thrive in a structured, cross-functional environment that values transparency and continuous improvement.
