## About the Role

* 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.
 * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Scrum Master certification.
 * In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, values, and procedures.
 * Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and decision-making processes.
 * Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
 * Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
 * Experience working with distributed teams is a plus.
 * A technical background in software development, testing, or project management is desirable.

Soft Skills

 * Knows agile development best practices and has scrum exposure
 * Experience working with geographically distributed teams
 * Fast learner, ability to perform well in ambiguity and with little supervision
 * Strong problem-solving abilities

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in guiding teams in
successfully creating and delivering products. As a Scrum Master at Prama, you will play a crucial role in ensuring
that our Scrum teams live by the values and practices of Scrum., * Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

 * Remove impediments to the team's progress and protect them from external interruptions.
 * Coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality, promoting continuous improvement.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
 * Track progress through various metrics and report on team performance.
 * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.
 * Act as a servant leader, providing support and facilitating collaboration among team members.
