The ideal candidate is equally comfortable configuring functional processes and writing technical code, including Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher reports. Exposure to additional Oracle HCM modules such as Performance Management, Learning, Benefits, and Absence Management is a strong plus., * Deep hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience with at least one full-cycle, end-to-end implementation of Payroll and Time & Labor, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support; strong expertise in configuring Payroll (elements, balances, payroll definitions, costing, and statutory setups) and Time & Labor (time entry rules, calculation cards, time categories, and approval rules), complemented by a deep understanding of Oracle HCM data models, security, and business process configuration. * Proven experience developing and supporting Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, reporting and analytics solutions, including OTBI and BI Publisher, to meet business, compliance, and integration requirements. * Technical proficiency with HDL, HSDL, and related Oracle Cloud technologies, along with working knowledge of Agent Builder for intelligent automation and AI-enabled workflows. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a hands-on capacity while effectively partnering with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications * 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or related technologies. * Experience designing and supporting payroll integrations with third-party providers (e.g., ADP), along with exposure to Oracle Cloud release management and testing cycles. * Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules, including Performance Management, Learning, Benefits, and Absence Management, * Technical experience working with SOAP/ Rest APIs and Unix Shell scripting. * Oracle HCM Cloud certifications in Payroll, Time & Labor, or related modules.
