Expectations include individual, customer-facing efforts, as well as leading the team. This role serves as a key interface between customers, sales, and engineering, ensuring that Watts products are properly specified, configured, and integrated to meet application requirements and evolve market needs. The position balances hands-on technical leadership with team development, consistent, high-quality application engineering output while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction. The Supervisor partners closely with Product Management, NPD Engineering, and the Supervisor of Technical Services to translate customer requirements into scalable solutions and actionable product insights. The ideal candidate is a flexible, hands-on leader who ensures customer inquiries, product questions, submittal packages, and design wins are handled accurately, professionally, and efficiently while driving continuous improvement in service quality, processes, and customer experience. This position reports to the Manager of Product Applications and Support and is based in our North Andover, MA office.
