Preferred Qualifications * Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications. * Familiarity with workflow management, case management, queue processing, or operational workflow systems. * Experience supporting business-critical internal applications. * Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a fixed project timeline. ## Description We are seeking a mid-level .NET Engineer to support the modernization of an internal workflow and queue management application. This position will focus on enhancing and maintaining a legacy C#/.NET Framework web application and its underlying SQL Server database components. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to improve application stability, usability, and performance while contributing to ongoing modernization initiatives. Responsibilities Application Development & Modernization * Support modernization efforts for an existing C#/.NET Framework (4.6/4.8) web application. * Analyze and enhance application logic, workflows, and data access components. * Troubleshoot application defects and implement sustainable solutions. * Contribute to application stability, performance improvements, and feature enhancements. Database Development * Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server database objects including: * Stored Procedures * Tables * Views * Queries * Functions and supporting data logic Optimize and troubleshoot SQL queries and database performance issues. Support data validation and integrity across application workflows. User Interface Enhancements * Maintain and enhance web user interfaces using: * Bootstrap * HTML * CSS * JavaScript * jQuery Improve user experience, consistency, and maintainability of application screens.
