A high school diploma or equivalent or ten (10) years equivalent work experience with at least 2 years of experience in collections or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 2. Experience in an office environment, preferably utilizing clerical skills, required. 3. Experience in a financial institution especially in a lending or collection department preferred. 4. Customer service experience required. 5. Ability work professionally with disgruntled borrowers and effectively protect the credit union's assets while maintaining an extraordinary level of member service. 6. Ability to be resourceful to include finding agencies to skip-trace missing members and collateral ## Description How will this role impact First Command? The Developer I works closely with members of their team, participating in most aspects of the software development lifecycle, primarily in development, testing and support, to create solutions that meet the business need. They are self-motivated individuals that look for opportunities and are excited to grow their business and technical knowledge which in-turn allows their Agile team to deliver business value.
