They are comfortable working in high-visibility, member-facing environments and possess the professionalism, technical aptitude, and hands-on AV experience needed to ensure seamless technology experiences for users and events. ## Description We are seeking a professional, customer-focused On-Site IT & AV Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users and audiovisual environments. This role combines desktop IT support with conference room and presentation technology support, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations in member- and community-facing spaces. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, excellent customer service skills, and experience supporting both IT infrastructure and AV technologies in a professional environment., IT Support * Deploy and configure standard desktop and laptop systems. * Perform password resets and account assistance. * Troubleshoot basic Microsoft 365 issues, including Outlook, Teams, and Office applications. * Provide workstation support and resolve end-user tickets. * Perform physical workstation setups, user relocations, and office moves. * Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions.
