In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our DNS Infoblox-supported infrastructure with a strong focus on platform project work, customer consultation, and conducting seamless change activities. You will provide quick and effective incident resolution during high-pressure war room situations, support customer requests, and contribute to strategic initiatives to advance the quality and capabilities of our IT service offerings.
