## About the Role

This position requires an organized and detailed individual with strong follow-up skills who takes ownership of managing risk. This is a client-interfacing role that requires a customer service background and the ability to respond to email and telephone inquiries. The environment is fast-paced, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs while remaining detail-focused is critical. In-house training will be provided as needed., * Experience in a fast-paced, high-request-volume environment is critical.

 * Large-scale enterprise support experience (500+ users).
 * Solid hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution skills.
 * Prior experience with common request management ticketing systems.

Technical Skills:

 * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
 * Experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
 * Knowledge of command line and/or PowerShell.

Professional Skills:

 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to work well alone or in a team environment.
 * Must be flexible with working hours between 7am-6pm local time., * Knowledge of mobility products (iPhone/Android).
 * Experience with Remedy or other ticketing systems is preferred.
 * Prior experience with change management is a plus.
 * Knowledge or exposure to the telecommunications environment is desired.

## Description

* Consult on complex fulfillment requests, engage with vendors, and submit change management requests.
 * Utilize request management tools like Remedy to engage support teams and vendors for corrective actions.
 * Provide analytical and troubleshooting support for break-fix issues related to Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, internet connectivity, GPO, printers, and core applications.
 * Perform physical activities such as installing and de-installing large monitors and lifting desktops while managing cables under desks.
 * Manage multiple issues simultaneously and communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
 * Consistently meet or exceed performance targets and goals related to complex Move/Add/Change (MAC) request management.
