REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must be able to acquire and maintain Federal Public Trust ## Description * Implementing Omnichannel, Chat, and/or other modern implementations * Contact Center, integrating with Azure Communications/telephony, IVR, with Customer Service. * Provide technical leadership, be responsible for peer review of others' work, and providing inputs into design documentation. * Responsible for collaborating with other contract teams and within the PMTS team. * Designs and develops key capabilities and functionality to meet business and performance requirements. Develops software and interfaces in accordance with system and security requirements within the agency. Ensures requirements are met and evaluates performance with customers continuously. * Interfaces with the user(s) and other stakeholders in order to determine their needs. * Provides input into the highest level of requirements, based on the user's needs and other constraints such as cost and schedule and CRM best practices. * Provides design documentation and alternatives working with other senior team members and customer representatives to develop the best solution. * Designs and develops solutions to applications problems, system administration issues, or program concerns. * Develops application requirements into the system, performing unit testing, and ensuring the work produced meets all requirements. Working with the analyst and tester assigned. * Able to work in a fast-paced agile environment with continual refinements and changes. Provides feedback on implementation and requirements to ensure the best product is produced. * Act as mentor to other CRM developers on the team, on best practices and performing peer reviews.
