 * 2+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, SQL Server, JSON, and REST-based services
 * Demonstrated ability to build and support scalable software solutions that meet business objectives while maintaining quality, reliability, and performance standards
 * Experience working within Agile development teams and contributing throughout the software development lifecycle
 * Ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate technical challenges, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business and technology stakeholders
 * Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic delivery environment, * Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
 * Experience with cloud platforms or cloud-native development, including AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
 * Experience supporting investment management, capital markets, trading, or asset management technology environments
 * Experience building portfolio optimization or quantitative investment solutions using tools such as Axioma, Gurobi, or similar optimization platforms
 * Knowledge of options trading strategies, derivatives, or other financial markets products
 * Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and automated deployment pipelines
 * Ability to thrive in highly collaborative, self-managed Agile teams while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
 * Strong organizational skills and a growth mindset focused on continuous learning and technology innovation
