This is a highly visible, high-impact role requiring a self-directed procurement professional who can quickly build credibility with stakeholders, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate favorable agreements, manage supplier performance, and deliver measurable financial and operational results. This position is part of CBRE's Procurement function and works closely with Operations, Finance, and Client Leadership teams to support critical Facilities Management programs across the portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting ongoing services such as janitorial, landscaping, grounds maintenance, building maintenance, and other integrated facilities management programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience within Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supplier Management environments and be comfortable navigating complex supplier networks, analyzing large datasets, driving cost savings initiatives, and managing executive-level stakeholder relationships.
