## Description

Experteer Overview As a Data Scientist on the Operations Data Science & AI team, you help optimize field operations through models and automated workflows. You'll work with senior data scientists and operations stakeholders to improve capacity planning, routing, scheduling, and resource allocation. You will build forecasting and anomaly-detection models, maintain data pipelines, and develop decision-support tools that translate analysis into actionable guidance. This role offers the chance to shape operational decisions at scale within a data-driven culture.
