Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the primary functions. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on quality and process improvement. * Understanding of how to minimize resource consumption and runtime while ensuring scalability in automation processes. * Ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions under minimal supervision. * Ability to work with management to prioritize tasks. * Ability to lead by example, promote ownership, and drive a culture of automation and reliability. * Good written and oral communication skills. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering role. * Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, HashiCorp Terraform Associate). * Flexibility to be on call from 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM, rotational, for approximately 3 months per year.
