Experteer Overview In this role you drive Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations for clients, shaping payroll solutions within a broader digital transformation. You'll bridge business needs and technical design, working with cross-functional teams to configure, test, and go-live payroll processes. You will lead workshops, produce design artifacts, and guide clients through complex requirements and cutover activities. This position offers impact across client teams, technology, and business processes, in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll * Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements from client teams * Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes within Oracle HCM (conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, config tables) * Translate requirements into Oracle HCM configurations and develop design documents * Facilitate design workshops with business aaaaaaaaaa
