 * Minimums 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.
 * Proven experience delivering AI solutions within enterprise environments.
 * Strong hands-on experience with stacks like: Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, Natural Language Processing (NLP), AI Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, Vector Databases, Embeddings, Model Fine-Tuning, MLOps, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
 * Knowledge of Data Engineering, APIs, Containers, Git and CI/CD.
 * Strong technical leadership capabilities
 * English (B2)

## Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining AI architectures, driving innovation, and mentoring teams while delivering impactful business solutions., * Lead the design and development of AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning solutions.

 * Define and implement architectures leveraging:
 * Large Language Models (LLMs)
 * Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
 * AI Agents
 * Modern AI frameworks
 * Develop end-to-end AI-powered applications.
 * Define and implement best practices for:
 * Prompt Engineering
 * Model Evaluation
 * Fine-Tuning
 * Design and maintain scalable AI and MLOps pipelines.
 * Lead technical innovation initiatives and contribute to AI strategy.
 * Ensure adherence to AI governance, security, and development best practices.
 * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value solutions.
 * Mentor and support junior and mid-level Data Scientists.
