 * Praxiserfahrung in Scripting und Automatisierung (z.B. Python) sowie Zertifizierungen CISSP, CCSP, CDCP, ... sind ein Plus
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, technische Themen zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln
 * Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und der Anspruch, Sicherheit aktiv zu gestalten statt nur zu verwalten

## Description

* Du stellst den stabilen und hochverfügbaren Betrieb des lokalen Rechenzentrums sicher - von Infrastruktur und Service Management bis hin zu Monitoring und Performance
 * Du entwickelst die Hardware-, Server- und Systemlandschaft kontinuierlich weiter und schaffst die technische Basis für zukünftiges Wachstum
 * Planung und Koordination des gesamten Infrastruktur-Lifecycles und Steuerung von Hardware-Erneuerungen und Infrastrukturprojekten
 * Kostenkontrolle und Optimierung von Storage-, Lizenz- und Cloudkosten sowie Auswahl, Koordination und Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister
 * Du definierst Sicherheitsstandards für lokale Anwendungen und das Data Center
 * Du wirkst aktiv an der Cybersecurity-Governance mit, vertrittst den Information Security Officer und stellst die Einhaltung der Security-Richtlinien sicher
