* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

## Description

* Unterstützung unserer Mitarbeiter:innen im 1st- und 2nd-Level IT-Support
 * Erfassung, Analyse, Priorisierung und Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests
 * Bearbeitung von Anfragen über Self-Ticketing, E-Mail und telefonisch
 * Aktive Unterstützung beim Ausbau von Self-Service und Self-Ticketing
 * Installation und Betreuung von Hardware (Laptops, Drucker, Bildschirme etc.)
 * Betreuung und Support von Softwarelösungen (z. B. Microsoft 365, interne Anwendungen)
 * Einrichtung und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen sowie Ausgabe, Konfiguration und Support mobiler Endgeräte (iPhones, iPads etc.)
 * Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung von Support-Prozessen und Helpdesk-Strukturen
