## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HTL)
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (z. B. Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, SCCM)
 * Erste Berufserfahrung in der IT Client Administration von Vorteil
 * Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Softwareverteilung & Patch Management
 * Kenntnisse in PowerShell oder Scripting sind ein Plus
 * Freude an der Lösung technischer Herausforderungen und an der Arbeit im IT-Service-Desk
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Führerschein der Klasse B

## Description

Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen im derzeit 8-köpfigen IT-Team übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:

 * Betreuung und Administration der Windows-11-Clientlandschaft und Verwaltung mobiler Endgeräte
 * Umsetzung von IT-Projekten mit Schwerpunkt Client Management und Cloud-Technologien
 * Softwareverteilung sowie Patch Management
 * Administration der Microsoft-365-Umgebung, Active Directory, GPOs, SCCM, Exchange sowie der Druckerinfrastruktur
 * Erstellung und Pflege der technischen IT-Dokumentation
 * Mitarbeit in der Cloud-Migration und an der Weiterentwicklung unserer hybriden IT-Landschaft
 * Support, Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen im IT-Service-Desk
 * Gelegentliche Reisetätigkeit (ca. alle zwei Wochen für einen Tag) zum zweiten Firmenstandort in Oberösterreich
