* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH/Uni)
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Netzwerk- oder Systembetreuung
 * Möglichst umfassende Kenntnisse entlang der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur-Palette (IT-Security, Backup, Clients,
 * Server, Virtualisierungslösungen, ...)
 * Bevorzugt bringst Du zusätzlich tiefere Kenntnisse oder Zertifizierungen in folgenden Bereichen mit:
 * Active-Directory, Microsoft 365, AWS und/der Azure Public Cloud, Infrastruktur-Security (z.B. Firewall Palo
 * Alto, Zero Trust, SIEM), Windows Server (DNS, DHCP)
 * Reisebereitschaft zu den Konzernstandorten
 * Eine strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise sowie kommunikationsfähige Englischkenntnisse zeichnen dich aus
 * Du bist kommunikativ, lösungs- und kundenorientiert und arbeitest gerne im Team

## Description

* Du bist ein wichtiger Teil unseres im Aufbau befindlichen standortübergreifenden Teams
 * Konzeption, Adaptierung und Erweiterung der anspruchsvollen IT-Infrastruktur an den Standorten der
 * HEINZEL GROUP (überwiegend in Österreich).
 * Mitarbeit und Übernahme von Verantwortung in den Schwerpunktbereichen Netzwerk, Server/System oder
 * Security
 * Betreuung der weltweiten Netzwerk- und Kommunikationsinfrastruktur (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VoIP, Zutritt &
 * Videoüberwachung) mit v.a. Cisco & Palo Alto
 * Serverbetreuung, Monitoring, Optimierung & Störungsbehebung in der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Mitarbeit und/oder Projektleitung in lokalen und gruppenweiten IT-Projekten unterschiedlicher
 * Größenordnungen und Komplexitäten, darunter auch Zukunftsthemen wie KI + Automatisierung.
 * Ein sehr breites Betätigungsfeld mit spannenden und abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben im Umfeld eines
