Aktuell ~20 Personen, wachsend auf 30 - (50% in Wien, 50% in SPG Polen) fachlich & technisch breit aufgestellt (Auto QA, Scrum Master, Technical BA, Consultant, Lead Dev, DevOps, tech. Projektleiter).
 * Wachsende Verantwortung: Du startest mit den Firmenkunden-Strecken - in den kommenden Quartalen erweitert sich dein Scope auf weitere Themen im Programm.
 * Technische Richtung gibst du für die Entwicklungsteams vor, dazu die Abstimmung & SD Präsenatiton mit Architekt:innen und Infrastruktur-Abteilungen auf der Kundenseite.
 * Die Letztverantwortung für den vom Entwicklungsteam produzierten Code liegt bei dir.
 * Hands-on: rund 20% deiner Zeit entwickelst du selbst Code, nicht nur Diagramme.
 * Wiederverwendbare APIs statt Einzelanforderung
 * AI-gestützte Delivery bringst du ins Team - Output und Codequalität machst du messbar.(Copilot Enterprise ist bereits im Einsatz)
