## About the Role

* Higher education or equivalent relevant professional experience;
 * At least 1 year of successful experience in a support role;
 * English proficiency at minimum C1 level, both written and spoken, is mandatory;
 * Good analytical skills and the ability to understand processes quickly;
 * Solution-oriented, proactive, and reactive in addressing problems;
 * Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction;
 * Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment;
 * Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
 * Ability to work well under pressure and to share knowledge with audiences at different levels.

Your Main Qualifications

 * Knowledge of any other language is considered an asset;
 * ITIL Foundation certification is considered an asset;
 * Experience working in a European institution is considered an asset;
 * EU Citizenship.

## Description

We are looking for an Application Support Agent to join our international team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality application support, ensuring service continuity, resolving user issues, and contributing to the reliability and performance of business-critical digital services. You will work closely with users, technical teams and stakeholders to provide effective solutions and an excellent support experience.
What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

 * Handle incidents and user queries through the ticketing system (ServiceNow), providing both technical and business support;
 * Identify problems, carry out analysis, and escalate issues to the development team in order to resolve the root cause;
 * Keep end users informed of request status and progress;
 * Participate in and prepare meetings with the development team, clients, and other stakeholders;
 * Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team;
 * Deliver online theoretical training to internal staff from the EU Institution;
 * Participate in hands-on, on-site training sessions., * Multicultural Environment: You will work alongside professionals from all over the world, fostering a diverse and enriching workplace.
 * Diverse Projects: Engage in impactful projects with cutting-edge technological advancements facilitated by European Institutions.
 * Skill Development: Work in a knowledge-driven environment where you'll continually develop both technical and professional skills through exposure to complex projects.
