Lead design, documentation, and validation of HL7 based integration solutions. Build and customize HL7 interfaces and FHIR API integrations for bidirectional traffic flow. Proficient ability to map data between diverse formats, including HL7, FHIR, JSon, X12. Intermediate diagramming skills of processes and data flow diagrams. Intermediate knowledge of technologies (past, current, emerging) that support business capabilities within the Integration landscape. Intermediate knowledge of information technology design principles and practices. Ability to develop requirements definition and evaluation. Basic writing, speaking, and presenting skills. Basic knowledge of analytics tools for data presentation and visualization. ## Description The Integration Architect (Health Level 7) defines and governs the enterprise architecture for healthcare interoperability platforms, including HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, APIs, and integration engines. This role provides technical leadership and architectural oversight to ensure scalable, secure, and standards-based integration solutions across the organization. The Integration Architect establishes integration strategy, standards, and best practices, guiding engineering teams in the design and implementation of interoperable healthcare solutions. The role ensures alignment between business needs, regulatory requirements, and modern integration patterns while enabling reliable data exchange across clinical, operational, and digital platforms.
