## About the Role

We're looking for a senior SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to design, implement and optimise enterprise HR solutions across a global SuccessFactors landscape. This is a hands?on architecture role, combining SuccessFactors solution design, CPI integration delivery and stakeholder leadership.
Key requirements:
8+ years' SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience, including multiple end-to-end implementations
Strong SuccessFactors
Employee Central
expertise, plus at least two further modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning or Succession
Hands?on
SAP Integration Suite / CPI
and SAP Cloud Connector experience
Integration delivery using
REST, SOAP, OData and SFTP
; PI/PO is beneficial
Strong SuccessFactors data models, business rules, workflows, RBP and reporting knowledge
Integration experience across SAP HCM Payroll, S/4HANA and wider HR/payroll/identity platforms
Senior solution architecture, workshops, requirements gathering and stakeholder-management experience
SAP BTP and extension capabilities
Global HR transformation, cloud migration and GDPR experience
SuccessFactors certification and Agile/Scrum exposure
