2 + years experience with People data and reporting
A degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline
Advanced skills in querying, extracting and wrangling data
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Data Storage, Dataprep, BigQuery, Data Studio, Sheets, Slides)
Ability to work with large volumes of data with complex definitions
Experience in data analysis and insight generation
Robust analytical and problem solving skills
An enquiring and questioning mindset and attention to detail
A self motivator that has an end-to-end skill set, with a strong technical background and a customer-centric approach
Not required, but advantageous if you have previously worked in an Agile team
