* Degree or Master's in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related discipline
 * 4-7 Years of experience in UX Design
 * Experience leading complex design projects
 * Solid portfolio with user-centered solutions
 * Advanced proficiency in Figma
 * Experience with User Research, Usability Testing, Wireframing, Prototyping, and high-fidelity design
 * Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and Inclusive Design
 * Excellent communication and influencing skills with Product and IT teams
 * Collaborative mindset, empathy, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
 * Experience working in Agile environments
 * English
 * Nice to have: Adobe XD or Sketch, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

## Description

* Lead UX design projects from end to end
 * Conduct user research and usability testing
 * Define personas, customer journeys, and user flows
 * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
 * Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders
 * Advocate for user needs in multidisciplinary teams
 * Ensure accessible designs based on WCAG standards
 * Participate in Agile processes and collaborate with distributed teams
