## About the Role

3+ years of hands?on experience configuring Workday, with balanced expertise across modules such as Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, and Learning.
Experience troubleshooting integrations with downstream systems; familiarity with Workday Studio is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of Workday best practices and People Operations processes, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding.
Ability to translate requirements from non?technical stakeholders into clear, effective technical solutions.
