* MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau, richting IT of vergelijkbaar;
 * Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
 * Bekend met Microsoft 365, Intune en Windows 10/11;
 * Ervaring met werkplekbeheer en assetmanagement;
 * Kennis van ITSM-processen is een pré;
 * Bekendheid met Azure en Dynamics 365 is een pluspunt;
 * Sterke servicegerichte houding, oplossingsgericht en accuraat.

## Description

Support Engineer gezocht: zorg jij ervoor dat IT-omgevingen stabiel, veilig en up-to-date blijven? In deze rol ben jij het technische aanspreekpunt voor dagelijkse IT-werkzaamheden en het beheer van applicaties. Je werkt samen met meerdere specialisten om werkplekken, systemen en software optimaal te laten functioneren.

* Technisch beheren van applicaties en ondersteunen bij softwaredeployments in test- en productieomgevingen;
 * Installeren en updaten van aanvullende software via Microsoft Intune;
 * Uitvoeren van licentie- en toegangscontroles bij onboarding en offboarding;
 * Eerste lijn support bij technische issues binnen kernapplicaties;
 * Beheren van werkplekken en hardware, inclusief registratie en uitgifte;
 * Meewerken aan IT-projecten in samenwerking met collega's van infrastructuur en functioneel beheer;
 * Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor onboarding- en offboardingprocessen volgens interne richtlijnen.
