The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who can also mentor others, lead mobile projects end-to-end, and ensure scalable, performant, and user-friendly solutions. Prior experience with Xamarin or .NET MAUI will be a plus., * 7- 9 years of experience in mobile application development, including 4+ years in React Native. * Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. * Proven track record of deploying apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. * Prior experience with Xamarin / .NET MAUI and any native mobile development (Java/Kotlin or Swift/Objective-C). * App Distribution & Analytics: TestFlight, Google Play Console, AppCenter. * Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and server-side technologies. * Experience with Azure, ADO, and CI/CD pipelines * Solid grasp of mobile architecture, UI/UX principles, and best coding practices. * Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
