You & your role As Senior Data Engineer, you combine technical expertise with leadership to turn complex data challenges into scalable and reliable solutions. You guide and mentor engineers, collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and technology, and drive the development of data products that deliver high-quality insights for Financial Crime Compliance monitoring, decision-making and reporting. By leveraging your expertise in data architecture, data management, and technologies such as Python, Spark and SQL, you ensure the delivery of robust, future-ready solutions that align with business needs and strategic objectives. You take ownership of solution design and continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and fostering innovation within the team. You will work within a modern cloud-based data ecosystem and leverage technologies such as Azure, Databricks, Python, Spark, SQL and Power BI. The Area Data Capabilities is responsible for implementing the foundational IT data capabilities that support the W&R domain.
