 * Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als functioneel consultant op het gebied van SharePoint/M365;
 * In bezit van of bekend met certificeringen zoals MS-100 & 101, MS-346 & 347, of MS-700;
 * Grondige kennis van SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform en andere M365-tools;
 * Functionele kennis van Authenticatie & Identiteitsbeheer (Entra ID, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Authenticator);
 * Inzicht in Security & Compliance (Defender, Purview, Intune);
 * Bekend met gangbare add-ons en tools binnen het Microsoft-ecosysteem;
 * Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels;
 * Zelfstandig, initiatiefrijk en gericht op samenwerking.

## Description

Als Functioneel Consultant SharePoint / M365 vertaal je de wensen van de klant naar praktische oplossingen binnen het Microsoft 365-ecosysteem. Je houdt je bezig met het ontwerpen, implementeren en optimaliseren van SharePoint- en M365-omgevingen. Daarbij maak je optimaal gebruik van standaardfunctionaliteit, bestaande webparts en add-ons.

Je werkt nauw samen met ontwikkelaars, architecten en projectleiders, maar pakt ook zelfstandig projecten op van A tot Z. Dat betekent: behoefte-inventarisatie, plan van aanpak opstellen, presenteren aan stakeholders én zorgen dat de oplossing daadwerkelijk werkt. Bovendien zorg je dat gebruikers het nieuwe platform omarmen door een goede adoptiestrategie en training.

Kortom: jij bent de adviseur, ontwerper en implementatiespecialist in één - met oog voor zowel techniek als mens.
