## About the Role

* Proven experience developing and customising the ServiceNow platform.
 * Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, scripting and integrations.
 * Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
 * Strong JavaScript development skills.
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

 * Active SC (Security Check) Clearance.
 * Sole UK National (dual nationality cannot be considered for this position).
 * Eligible to work on secure UK Government programmes.
 * Able to work in a hybrid environment, including client sites and UK offices as required.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a growing technology team delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a combination of project delivery and platform enhancement, helping to improve business processes, automate workflows and enhance the end-user experience.

Working alongside technical specialists and automation teams, you will play a key role in designing, developing and optimising ServiceNow solutions with a particular focus on Virtual Agent and intelligent automation., * Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules and integrations.

 * Configure and enhance ServiceNow Virtual Agent capabilities.
 * Develop and support workflow automation using RPA technologies.
 * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
 * Optimise platform performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability.
 * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform and development standards.
