The successful candidate will provide technical and commercial oversight of the organisation's application estate, managing outsourced service providers whilst ensuring systems remain secure, resilient and aligned with business objectives. The role offers significant responsibility across application strategy, vendor management, cyber assurance, project delivery and SAP governance within a highly regulated operational environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead the delivery, performance and governance of the organisation's enterprise applications estate. * Maintain application processes, procedures, technical documentation and Service Catalogue. * Ensure applications remain secure, resilient, scalable and fit for business requirements. * Act as the primary point of contact for application-related audits, assurance activities and external reviews. * Manage third-party application vendors, commercial agreements and outsourced service providers. * Oversee application lifecycle management, including implementation, maintenance, upgrades and retirement. * Deliver application projects including upgrades, migrations, system enhancements and new implementations. * Coordinate testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. * Manage software licensing, renewals, contracts and application budgets. * Support cyber security initiatives, security assessments, incident response and control assurance activities. * Lead major application incidents and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external suppliers.Manage Master Data Management processes across business applications.
