ABOUT THE ROLEThe Digital Transformation Principal (DTP) supports the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives and plays a key role in delivering successful client outcomes. This position works closely with the Digital Transformation Lead (DTL) and senior stakeholders to shape strategy, define roadmaps, and contribute to the execution of large-scale transformation programs.The DTP engages directly with clients to help design and implement tailored digital solutions aligned with business objectives. This role requires a balance of business and technical acumen, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. The DTP is actively involved in both strategy development and delivery execution, contributing to measurable outcomes while continuing to build expertise in digital transformation.
RESPONSIBILITIESSupport Digital Strategy DevelopmentAssist in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies aligned to client goalsContribute to solution design under guidance of senior leadershipAlign digital initiatives with business objectives such as growth, efficiency, and customer experienceIdentify customer pain points and translate them into digital solutionsDefine business cases and key performance indicators (KPIs)Articulate long-term digital strategy and technology adoption goalsSupport Delivery of Transformation ProgramsParticipate in managing digital transformation programs across timelines and budgetsTrack project progress, milestones, and KPIs, and report to stakeholdersSupport risk identification and mitigation planningManage projects with minimal oversight in certain scenariosEngage with StakeholdersServe as a key point of contact for client stakeholdersProvide updates on project status, risks, and opportunitiesCollaborate with internal and client teams to
