University degree or equivalent knowledge acquired from hands-on industry experience is considered just as valuable. You must already have the right to live and work in the UK. You'll have strong Salesforce technical skills and hands on experience including a number of the following: * One or more advanced Salesforce technical certifications such as Platform Developer II or certifications from the architect track such as Certified Application/Systems/Technical Architect. * Strong, demonstrable knowledge of Salesforce architecture ecosystem * Experience in onsite technical roles on at least three full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations, with strong expertise in at least two of the following areas/modules: + Sales Cloud + Service Cloud + Experience Cloud + Marketing Cloud + Data Cloud + Agentforce * Very strong consulting and/or CRM implementation experience in a client facing context * Experience in Salesforce development lifecycle encompassing code management, architecture, security, capacity planning, integration, and release management approaches including tools like SFDX CLI, VS Code, Git, CI/CD, test automation, and scratch orgs. * Hands-on experience in one or more Salesforce native programmatic development capabilities such as Apex, LWC, Aura and VisualForce * Experience with declarative development techniques and how to effectively apply them. Including but not limited to flow builder, approval processes, custom objects, validation rules, formulas, and Data Loader. * Relational databases concepts and data modelling. * Experience with Salesforce mobile offerings.
