## About the Role

* Proven experience in desktop deployment and end-user support within enterprise Windows environments
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, mobile devices, printers, remote access tools, and related end-user technologies
 * Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, MDT, or similar deployment technologies
 * Experience with ServiceNow, Altiris, or comparable IT service management and software deployment tools
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a customer-focused approach
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
 * Linux desktop support experience is advantageous

## Description

* Deploy and manage Windows devices using Intune, Azure AD, SCCM, MDT, and Windows 10/11
 * Assemble and deploy desktop workspace kits, including workstations, thin clients, monitors, phones, mobile devices, and peripherals
 * Support onboarding, offboarding, desk moves, and hardware refresh initiatives
 * Troubleshoot desktop, application, network, and device issues across Windows environments
 * Use software deployment and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Altiris, or equivalent platforms to manage software deployments, incidents, service requests, and change processes
 * Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate equipment logistics
